  2. Logistics, a multi-industry economic industry, is deeply impacted by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and the development of information technology, digital technology, automation, and advanced management models. Training and development are essential for preparing human resources. Would like to suggest a few Different types of training and development.

•Short-term training from associations and logistics training centers
Short-term programs and courses, such as FIATA's International Standard training program and the Association of International Shipping Lines' annual refresher course, provide training for logistics human resources.

•Form of internal training at enterprises
Due to a lack of formal training sources, companies are relying on self-training methods like on-the-job training, internal programs, and expert advice, with short-term and long-term training solutions limited and increasing in large enterprises. (Tuan,2022)

    1. Madusha agreed on your points. But in terms of internal training at enterprises are at the downfall during the current economic downturn. Many companies are facing financial issues in addressing for their day-to-day operational activity. As the competitive market tightens their profits. Companies that are providing logistics are minimizing their operational costs and sourcing for trained and industry experienced employees in order to have the burden on their overheads to get removed (Barrett, R., 2015).
