Most of the time the leaders and the exceptional talented one those who are being showcasing their talents and show outstanding performance in this industry must have gone thru professional development program. Meyers et al. Whether he or she is having a professional training and professional qualification means that they are more potential and essential asset to an organization. It can also help both the employee and employer to progress in their professional field on their own accords. For an individual it can be skill development and that means that they can have the high hand and showcase their talents more when compared to other more efficiently and more productively. Organizations should be more into invest of having their staff training program for professional development so that they can be having a more of a session that will have a positive attitude towards their moving ahead in the organization itself.

Madusha, In Banking sector the work is either based on only the client ( he or she may be having different type of services obtained from the bank yet it is all under one company that operates in different places and different types) When compare to logistics there are numerous level of people from numerus levels of companies needs to get together to do one single job. So when there are different level of people from different sectors are coming into the logistics function then there will be a necessity to give the employee on each levels a different type of training and development. Example for a seafarer in a ship needs a different training compare it to the employee working in the port. But when it comes to bank they have a very common and unique type of training but only thing based on their different sections they work they are having a certain level of specialization in their training program.
