The Major question in the real world is
that what makes professional development effective? Many scholars had done studies
on professional development focused mainly on teacher satisfaction, attitude
change, or commitment to innovation, rather than professional development’s
results or the processes that make it work. Moreover, the range of experiences

Due

utilizing our time that needs to be used for other productive work into
official matters. Later we always argue and fight for not having the time to
enjoy our time with the family and social life. Better professional who can
have the work being balanced can have the life and work being balanced and
manage their work and stress at their lower levels. Also they will not utilize
their pleasure time for their work. Even though for logistics, industry which
is a 24x7 / 365 non-stop work the same scenario is still valid (Lazar, I., Osoian, C. and Ratiu, P.I., 2010)
Professional
the term itself is by the word itself holds that the person who is named as
professional means that they are being more organized and well trained when

Organizations should be more into invest of having their staff training program
for professional development so that they can be having a more of a session
that will have a positive attitude towards their moving ahead in the organization
itself.

Interesting article kind of different aspect. Would like to get some insights. What distinguishes professional development in the logistics sector from other industries like banking, apparel, etc.?
ReplyDeleteMadusha, In Banking sector the work is either based on only the client ( he or she may be having different type of services obtained from the bank yet it is all under one company that operates in different places and different types) When compare to logistics there are numerous level of people from numerus levels of companies needs to get together to do one single job. So when there are different level of people from different sectors are coming into the logistics function then there will be a necessity to give the employee on each levels a different type of training and development. Example for a seafarer in a ship needs a different training compare it to the employee working in the port. But when it comes to bank they have a very common and unique type of training but only thing based on their different sections they work they are having a certain level of specialization in their training program.
